Lifetime - asher476 (Palindrome OST Composing Jam)

This is my first time participating in a composing jam and I found the constraint to be pretty tricky, I hope you enjoy!

I imagine the game I made this song for being a deep space exploration game. This song would play randomly while exploring and would give the player a sense of home, but the ending could give off a sense of dread since it ends kinda ominously the way it started.

I only used Musescore to create this. I used the thought of growing old in life as inspiration. It starts off slow, and slowly gets more exciting and full until the upbeat-ish string section part which represents maturity. There is a minor chord in the string section which represents hardships people go through. As it builds up to the middle of the song, it sounds happier, almost like you're happy with your life and have a family with children. It then goes backwards towards the beginning of the song. All the exiting stuff slowly disappears as you lose more stuff when you're older, and it finally ends where it begins.
